This morning I was at my OBGYN office for some blood work and I received the most wonderful news! After 8 months and 1 week of trying to catch the first postpartum egg, 6 months of trying to conceive while extended breastfeeding my first child, a 3 month break from trying, having Stage 1 Endometriosis and a tilted uterus, the blood test came back positive for pregnancy. (I am 4 days late and had 2 positive at home pregnancy tests). I am around 4 weeks and 2 days pregnant.
This news brings excitement and relief. I had a fear that I would need to get a Laparoscopy every time I wanted to become pregnant. I have heard stories of Endometriosis growing faster after having the Laparoscopies. I guess 40 weeks of pregnancy  and extended breastfeeding for over 2 years with my first, might have slowed mine down.
