1. Avoid Using Antibacterial Soaps

There are said to be chemicals in antibacterial soaps accused of being found in newborn babies' blood and umbilical cord blood, also that it may cause babies to be resistant to vaccines and affect growth. I even heard one person accuse antibacterial soaps to be the cause of "Super Bugs".  The news story I first heard this on said for expecting moms to wash hands with regular soap.
