As far as doses go, I am told you want to go by the dose on the bottle, because certain brands maybe more concentrated than others and require different amounts. It is also suggested on starting on the lower doses and work your way up. On a different message board, I came across a post where one woman in 2011 said she took the NSI brand 800 mg 2x a day. Another poster who had been taking it for 2 weeks, said she was taking the Nature Way brand 400 mg. The bottle recommended 3x a day for 12 weeks and the 1x a day up to 18 months and to use it continuously even when menstrual cycle shows up.
An Implantation Dip is when your basal body temperature (BBT) dips below your cover line post ovulation, usually said to occur around 7 to 9 days pass ovulation on average and then continues to rise without falling below the cover line again. 3 to 5 days pass ovulation for implantation dips is said to be rare. Some believe implantation dips are myths, because of varying results in dips and outcomes for pregnancy. Usually it is said when your BBT stays above your cover line without dipping below the cover line, it is a sign that you're pregnant. This is just a theory, but it seems for some early implantation dips, may lead to earlier positive pregnancy tests.
