A PA from my OBGYN office told me that in my OBGYN office which specializes in infertility besides gynecology and obstetrics care said they put less value in BBT (basal body temperature) and more value into ovulation tests known as OPKs (ovulation prediction kits) and knowing your cervical mucus.
