Vitex Plans: TTC # 3, Cycle 5

Below you can see how many days I have taken vitex during my cycle. The goal was to take it from the first day of my cycle until two days before I want to ovulate. However, I did not take it every day and tried to stop it a few times to see if ovulation would come. I was having a hard time pinpointing ovulation by cervical mucus and bbt (basal body temperature) alone. (Perhaps from the girl sway and lowering the ph and / or breastfeeding causing my cycles to be irregular). This is also the first time I have taken vitex a little more consistent and close together, so I wanted to make sure there were no changes to my milk supply as I was nursing my toddler.
