What's In Your Diaper Bag? (Travel Edition)

Hello and welcome. This is "What's in Your Diaper Bag", the travel edition.  It's me, Endo Mom. And today, I am preparing for a trip with my mom, my three littles, their father, and our dog. We are traveling by air.

For this relocation trip, I am personally bringing for myself and kids, one 27" suitcase, two 21" inch suitcases, and a stroller. I am also bringing a diaper bag and all the kids will have a backpack for a carryon. Our dog will have a carrier.  PS: In case, you are curious about the rest of our things, we are using a moving company. And my children's grandparents are driving my vehicle ahead and leaving it at the airport for us.

*** Before I get started, I want to say this is not a paid or sponsored post with Target. I will let you know if I ever have an affiliated post. Everything mentioned I paid for with my own money. In my posts, I often mention the name of products, where I purchased them, and what I am using them for. Sometimes, even the price. If able, I will include links for you to see or find similar items. ***

There are some photos sprinkled throughout this blog post along the right side.  That way you can see everything I am talking about.

Without further ado, let's jump right in! The diaper bag I am traveling with is called IPack Baby (discontinued) and has gender-neutral colors. Mine has gray and white stripes.

I bought this diaper used from a consignment store, called Kid 2 Kid for probably around $7-10 dollars a few months ago. I believe you can occasionally find one on E-bay. But it's a hit or miss item.

I like that it has the backpack straps and regular carry straps. Inside of the bag consists of several pockets. I am using a few of them to hold the items in the front part of the bag. There is a second section that zips that does not have pockets. And there are two front pockets, two side pockets, and a single back pocket.

In my diaper bag, I have a mini bottle of Germ-x hand sanitizer (due to air travel size restrictions), and Pampers 360 disposable diapers. There are two packages of disposable baby wipes (Huggies Natural Care Wipes and Cloud Island's Lavender Wipes). I am not even attempting to use my cloth diapers and wipes for this trip.  I purchased Target brand, Up & Up Vitamin C supplement drops. And I  found this cute, Welly travel sets also from Target. I believe they were like $6.99 apiece in my area.

Clear Blue Plus Pregnancy Test (Blue Dye)

Clear Blue Plus Pregnancy Test  with Blue Dye (+ / - ) This is what a negative looks like: Side Note: Blue dyes are often said to more frequently give false positives than pink dye. Some online boards that will tweak (alter) a pregnancy test photo to help individuals identify if the test is a faint positive or indeed negative, often will not do blue dyes.

Frida Mom for Post Laparoscopy Care

My Frida Mom Basket for Post-Laparoscopy Care. Why I Love the Frida Mom Line (Even Beyond Motherhood) One of the things I’ve really come to appreciate is how versatile the Frida Mom line is—not just for new moms, but for anyone recovering from abdominal surgeries, such as laparoscopies for endometriosis. After surgery, comfort and gentle care are everything. That’s where the C-section recovery underwear comes in. Even if you haven’t had a baby, the design makes sense—when you have incisions on your abdomen, you need something soft, high-waisted, and non-restrictive. These disposable underwears are a lifesaver compared to standard disposable Depends. The big difference? You can build your own pad system . Start with the underwear. Add a menstrual pad. Layer on a witch hazel perineal liner, perineal cream, or both. Attach an optional heating pad for cramping. It’s completely customizable depending on what your body needs that day. I also want to mention the liners pack...

My Laparoscopy Recovery Essentials: What’s Actually Helping Me Heal

Disclaimer: Links to all the products I mentioned are included. I am not being paid to promote any of them and do not receive payments. Skin sensitivity may impact your experiences with these products. Recovering from my laparoscopy has been a journey, and honestly, some days are more uncomfortable than others. Over the past week, I’ve found a few products that have made a huge difference in how I feel—both physically and mentally. Here’s what’s been helping me get through it: 1. Body Wash That Feels Safe Before and after surgery, I wanted something gentle that still felt clean. I’ve been using Dove Antibacterial Body Wash , and it’s been perfect. It keeps the incision area clean without stinging or irritating my skin, which is such a relief.  2. Underwear That Actually Works I never thought I’d get excited about disposable underwear, but Frida Mom Disposable C-Section Underwear has been a game-changer. They’re soft, supportive, and don’t press on my stomach—exactly what ...
