I tried the My Breast Friend Nursing Pillow after hearing great reviews from other moms but personally hated the piece in the back. I found it completely uncomfortable when sitting back. I have 3 kids, breastfed all and still breastfeeding my little one (22 months). I breastfed my first child for 30 months and my second child to 32 months. I like my Boppy Nursing Pillow & Positioner that I got as a gift from my mom when I had my first child and have used it with all 3 kids. I personally don’t need the pillow to breastfeed anymore, but I find it makes a great tool for handsfree breastfeeding during the first year with each of my babies.
