29 Tips To Increase Your Chances of Conceiving
💡
The author of the What To Expect series, Heidi Murkoff, asks in her book What To Expect Before You’re Expecting, is pregnancy long enough? According to her book, "More researchers and experts agree that nine months [or 40 weeks depending on how you count] is not enough time to be pregnant. They recommend 3 months be added to pregnancy." Murkoff explains, “Those extra months aren’t meant to be pregnant, but getting ready to be pregnant. The truth is a healthy pregnancy begins before sperm and egg meet” (Murkoff).
