 My 2 Week Wait & The Testing Debacle First Cycle Back September 11 is our first cycle back (period 28). I’ve been tracking my periods off and on since my postpartum menstrual returned at 13 months and 18 days postpartum while breastfeeding my third baby. However, when it's negative or a possible positive, it can really hurt if those lines continue to look negative or questionable.
