Two line ovulation tests can sometimes be hard to read and to be sure if the result is positive, almost positive or negative. I recommend having on hand 2 line ovulation tests and digitals. A digital ovulation test usually shows a smiley face for positive and an empty circle for negative. When you think you have a positive 2 line ovulation test, confirm with a digital ovulation test. Use a cup to capture your urine. Dip your 2 line ovulation test into the cup. Sit the ovulation test on a smooth counter surface and wait for results. If the results are positive or almost positive and you want to confirm that this is positive, dip a digital into the same cup of urine and wait for results. If the digital is negative, I would say the 2 line is almost positive and keep testing to see if that line is going to get darker on your 2 line ovulation test.
