Sample Trying To Conceive Plan

(This is just a sample of what mine will look like)

Start Before Postpartum Menstrual Returns 
  • Take Cassava Root for 1 Year (365 pills) 
  • Take Iron Supplements 
  • Take Pre-natal Vitamins
  • Take Vitamin B6 (after breastfeeding for 6 months) 
  • Take Omega 3  and Probiotic Vitamins
  • Start tracking BBT (basal body temperature)
  • Be a healthy weight
  • Eat 5 oz of Greek Yogurt daily (and other dairy)
  • Eat green leafy vegetables often for Iron
  • Eat lean meats and dried fruits
  • Eat whole grains for magnesium 
  • Eat eggs and avocados 

Do After Postpartum Menstrual Returns
  • Be intimate as much as possible (Not for men with low sperm count) 
  • Use Pre-Seed during intimacy
  • Start OPKs (Ovulation Prediction Kits) on day 6 until positive OPK
  • Take BBT (Basal Body Temperature) at the same each morning 
  • Chart BBT and OPKs on free fertilityfriend.com chart
  • Take Pre-natal Vitamins and Probiotic Vitamin Daily
  • Take Vitamin B6 until luteal phase is a 12 or more

Add To Regimen When Luteal Phase is 10 or more
  • Use Instead Soft Cups after intimacy (helps keep sperm near cervix)
  • Take Vitamin C (Only on cycles with a luteal phase 10 or more)
  • Take Extra Folic Acid around Ovulation (800 mcg)
  • Do Pineapple Core Method for 5 days after ovulation
  • Drink plenty of Orange Juice for Vitamin C after ovulation
  • Drink 1 gallon of water a day
  • Take iron supplement (once a week)
  • Take Soy Isoflavones (Cycle 4-8, only on cycles with a luteal phase 10+)
