Spring Valley B-Complex Gummy Vitamin

When I was trying to conceive my 3rd, the brand I used is the Spring Valley B-Complex Adult Gummy found at my local Wal-Mart. It can also be purchased at Amazon. Click the link: Vitamin B-Complex Adult Gummy (Amazon).  
It has Vitamin B-6 (2 mg) and Vitamin B-12 (30 mcg). 
This does not replace your prenatal vitamins.

 Other ingredients include:
Vitamin C - 15 mg
Niacin - 20 mg
Folic Acid - 400 mcg
Biotin - 75 mcg
Pantothenic acid - 10 mg

 Additional Thoughts: While I used The Spring Valley B-Complex Gummy Vitamin with Rain Bow Light Prenatal One that has 15 mg of Vitamin B6, that means I was only getting around 17 mg of Vitamin B6, which is low and does not add up to 50-100 mg of vitamin B6. This is not the best B-complex brand out there. There are other brands that have higher amounts of Vitamin B6, such as the Kroger brand, that has 50 mg of Vitamin B6.
