Recipe: Pizza Bread

Pizza Bread
Ingredients
1 loft of Cuban or French bread
3 table spoons of Butter
Pepperoni
Mozzarella Cheese
Parsley (enough to sprinkle over loft of bread)

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 F
Do not grease baking sheet
Melt 3 table spoons of butter
Cut loft of bread into 2 long halves (like a sub sandwich)
 Butter each side of the of the bread
Spread rest of ingredients on the entire bottom half only:
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese
Place pepperoni
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese for a second time
Sprinkle Parsley
Place the top half on top of the bottom half
Place into oven and bake for 12-15 minutes
