My Fertility Charts From when I was trying to conceive my 2nd baby Chart: These fertility charts represent the 9 menstrual cycles I had between my first and second pregnancy. My postpartum menstrual returned naturally on its own (no fertility meds or supplements) at 17 months postpartum while breastfeeding my first child.
