Supplements for Short Luteal Phase

According to Baby Hope's article, What is Luteal Phase Defect (LPD), says at least 750 mg can lengthen your luteal phase, increase overall fertility and pregnancy rate over time.
  • Vitamin B6 with B-Complex
According to Baby Hope's article, What is Luteal Phase Defect (LPD), says  100-200 mg is typically the amount doctors suggest to increase progesterone levels.
  • Vitex
  • Progesterone (prescription or over the counter cream)

-Diet-
  • Eat leafy green veggies (Kale, Spinach, Mustard Greens...)
According to Nicole Jardim's article, Lengthen Your Luteal Phase,  Green veggies are high in B-complex and that is important for hormone regulation. She recommends 2-4 cups of cooked and raw veggies a day.
