I have heard from three different, but knowledge Gravers. I will include researched information as well that will appear in my source sections. Links will be included to the source section.
Thyroid Health
According to the authors of Natural Health Fertility Info.com, "When a woman's thyroid is out of balance she may not have regular ovulation and experience thyroid infertility. Also, elevated TSH indicates an underactive thyroid, or hypothyroidism" (Atozia 1). In another article, titled "Thyroid Infertility, the authors write, "hypothyroidism affects conception and hyperthyroidism affects pregnancy" (Atozia 2).

Patient Expert, Mary Shomon, wrote in her thyroid article, "Optimal TSH, free T4, and free T3 levels are unique to you. But generally, patients often feel their best when TSH levels are below 2.0, and the free T4 and free T3 levels are in the upper half of the reference range" (Shomon).

Another lab you want to regularly check on if you aren't doing so already is Vitamin D. A study conducted in Korea found "high levels of Free T4 and low levels of Vitamin D have a higher probability for Graves' Disease reoccurrence. However, previous studies show patients who use anti-thyroid meds with Vitamin D3 supplements can achieve a normal Free T4 and Free T3" (Moore).
A knowledgeable Gravers informed me to use magnesium with vitamin D3 for better absorption.
