I have two factors for Endometriosis. One, my maternal grandmother had it. I discovered this after my diagnosis. Second, my first menstrual cycle came when I was 11 years old. I only had one before it returned a year later. It never occurred to my mother and I while growing up that this was a problem since my menstrual cycles came every month after that. - EM
