According to a former article on healthy women.org called Fertility-Boosting Foods, it encourages women trying to conceive to consume high fat in dairy. “The more low-fat dairy products you eat, the greater your risk of ovulatory infertility. Try replacing one low-fat dairy serving with one high-fat dairy, such as a glass of whole milk.”
