1. Hip Baby Woven Wrap Brand
Amazon sells a brand called Hip Baby that is sold in a size 6. It often goes on sale for $69.95, original price: $120. Click here to see them. I also know that E-bay sells the Hip Baby brand as well occasionally between $70-90, click here. Like any brand, there are going to be people who like it and others who don't. I was told this by a mother in one of my babywearing groups that when Hip Baby came out they caused quite a stir, because of their low prices and there were some customer complaints because the weave was thin and loose, but since they have improved their product. As of February 1, 2016, the Ocean color of the Hip Baby Wrap was rated 4.5 out of 5 stars out of 107 customer reviews on Amazon. 64% of customers gave it 5 stars, 26% gave it 4 stars, 6% gave it 3 stars, and 4% gave it 2 stars, 0% gave it one star. Two of the 2-star reviews (one in 2014 and one in 2015) stated the size 6 wrap was not a suitable length for tandem wearing twins. In another 2 star review, the customer complained that the color was dull instead of bright but admitted it was functional. The final review stated they felt the wrap was rough and could not be softened. She also did say the material was thinner. Click here to see the reviews. Wal-Mart also sells this brand, click here.
2. Babylonia / BBslen Woven Wrap Brand
Babylonia and BBslen are the same brands. I was told by a mom in my baby wearing group that they are a good solid cotton wraps at a budget price. On one website, called Granola Babies, they said BBslen is a thin wrap and good for warmer climates. It is a great choice for those learning to wrap. It can also be used for babies and toddlers. The wrap also cost $120 and is a size 4.6m on their website. Another website called, Heavenly Hold sold BBslen between $69-129. A third site, called Quirky Baby sells them around $119. Links to the websites are all included. It seems if you shop around you may be able to find one for an affordable price that matches your budget.
3. EllaRoo Woven Wrap Brand
Amazon sells EllaRoo woven wraps in size medium to large from $89-92 dollars sometimes as sale and sometimes as regular prices. To see them, click here. I scored an EllaRoo for $60 on E-bay as my first woven wrap. I really love the color. The wrap was well taken care of. I have no complaints about this brand so far. Sometimes you can find an EllaRoo being sold on E-bay, click here. Wrap Your Baby is an online store that also sells EllaRoos, I've seen a couple for $115, click here. The website says EllaRoos are 100% cotton hand loomed in Guatmala under fair trade conditions. They are thin wraps, great for summer babies, and for new baby wearers.
4. Chimparoo Woven Wrap Brand
Amazon sells the Chimparoo brand, they have some that range from $95.99 - $104.99 and even have some from $122.99-$169.99. Not all of them are eligible for Amazon prime (Amazon prime members) or free super shipping (non-Amazon prime members), but many do say free shipping and are sold by the Chimparoo brand. To see them, click here. E-bay occasionally sells this brand as well, I've seen them ranging between $70-80, click here to see them. Hip Mommy sells this brand from $90-100, click here to see. The Hip Mommy website says this carrier is woven from oragnic cotton twill and certified free from toxic chemicals. It comes with high quality instructions, written guides, photos and videos. Has no weight limit and can be used from birth.

1. E-Bay
I've spoken about buying woven wraps from E-bay in a previous post I wrote called, The Highs and Pitfalls from Buying from E-Bay,. I scored a size 6 Ella Roo woven wrap from E-bay for $60 dollars. One of the moms in my baby wearing group said she has purchased many wraps from E-Bay. She also says you find plenty of good deals, especially when the sellers do not know (the value of) what they are selling.
2. Amazon
Amazon can be a great place to find woven wraps and other baby carriers within your budget. Amazon sells both Ellaroos and Hip Baby, which are considered affordable woven wraps. To find one in your budget, simply search woven wraps, then on the left handside of your screen click the category baby. Under baby, click backpacks and carriers, or click here. The left hand size will show you all the current woven wrap brands Amazon sells, such as Hip Baby Wrap, EllaRoo, Didymous, Dolcino, and Chimparoo.
3. Hip Mommy
Hip Mommy is an online store that sells baby products. I was told about this store by a mom in my baby wearing group. She said they have low prices, good brands, and their brand new carriers usually are cheaper than the used carriers found in swapping baby wearing groups. Some of the brands sold are Girasol,Dolcino,Didymos, Lenny Lamb and Natibaby. On the left hand side, there is a range of prices that you can narrow your choices, the first being $50-100 dollars, the second $100-150, the third $150-200, and the fourth $200+.
4. Wal-Mart
Wal-Mart does not have the largest selections, but online and in their stores they are starting to sell a variety of baby crriers. As far as woven wraps go, Wal-Mart is selling Hip Baby Brand online for $69.85, not including shipping. Because they do not sell many woven wraps, many stretchy wraps also show up in the search. Examples of the stretchy wraps are The Moby Wrap The Fleurville Stretch carrier, My Baby Nest Organic Carrier, JJ Cole Agility Carrier, and Cuddle Bug Baby Wrap. Maybe in the near future, they will grow in their selection of woven wraps as the popularity of baby wearing is growing in the United States.
